In 1966 neither gentlemen was at their best. Joe was 4-5 years away from his best when he beat Muhammad Ali and Sonny was just KO by Ali a year earlier. I think that Joe would have beat Sonny, but that's a debate we will never know , I remember the Frasier/ Cassius Clay fight , then the Mummhomad Ali fight , That was something back then kinda like the Dempesy fight , don't see fights like that any more
