First and foremost, people pay to see him lose. Floyd is arguably one of the best fighters of this era, seemingly invincible right now. I really don't want to get in the whole issue of ducking fighters or what not, the fact is he is beaten everybody put in front of him.
He is so good, though that for some people, him winning is just not surprising and that can be translated as boring..
I hate to say it, but people want to see him lose badly...
To be honest, mayweather is smart to fight safe. Yeah you can make money and sell tickets but you also have to win as well.
People want to see him lose. He builds up his opponent makes him look all big and tuff and then he knocks them down! He is cocky because he wants the fight to be all hyped and then people will buy to watch him

I know what the main argument is against me " you must not know **** about boxing, he is a boxing genious, your supposed to hit and not be hit" and to be honest I understand that, but in order to sell tickets you also gotta remember you must entertain the crowd in doing so try and finish! he hardly ever does he just out points and is content to play safe.
im not saying he issnt capable of doing major damage with his offense hes very quick and has underrated power so why doessent he go for more finishes and what not?
now he IS selling major ppvs but why? its just boring. am I alone with this? muhamad ali was a great boxer and had excellent footwork headmovement defense offense ect and has some of the most entertaining fights ever. now he didn't abandon that technique that floyds known for but was exciting at the same time. why is everyone on floyds balls? his fights are a cure for insomnia really..
