This article may help shine some light. The same thing has happened to me before and it's pretty common as far as I'm aware. It shouldn't be anything t worry about as far as I know. But yeah always remember to wrap your hands well and comfortably as you could do damage to your knuckles or wrist particularly. But as for the shaking, nothing to worry about especially in the early days when your still getting used to it.

This could be from several reasons but most likely its because of your nerves, I am guessing this shaking goes away after about a day or two so I recommend trying to use good hand wraps/long ones and tape your wrists I still use duct tape on my skin then wrap my hands over this.

it can be your nerves but you need to use hand wraps so you wont hurt your wrist, it used to happen to me alot. its nothing to serious or something that you should be worry youre not used to it. goodluck!!

tricky step. try searching onto bing and yahoo. it could actually help!

It's because your adrenaline has plummeted and your body is in crash mode

well i just started and i go to a gym and someone teaches me how to box. I do not tape my hands though i still use gloves when i punch bags. My right hand shakes if i hold it still but if i move it they dont but it still shakes after 3 or 4 hours after im done training. mostly my right hand shakes (i am right handed). my left hand does not really shake. Why does my right hand shake after im done practicing?
