Why is alvarez #10 while broner is #6 top 10 p4p?

...is it because broner is floyd's next opponent????

since when did people start caring about the ring magazine rankings.

Broner will go where the $$$ takes him, and that is to Floyd, provided Floyd chooses to fight Broner at some time in the future. As to why Broner is rated higher than Alvarez, personally I think Alvarez should be rated higher than Broner, but I am not one of the writers at Ring who make those calls. Broner is 26-0 with 22 KO's and his last 7 fights have been with respectable opponents, so I guess he is rated that high because of solid opposition.

Floyd Mayweather

Juan Manuel Marquez

Andre Ward

Wladimir Klitschko

Sergio Martinez

Manny Pacquiao

Saul Alvarez

Timothy Bradley

Guillermo Rigondeaux

Abner Mares

Adrien Broner shouldn't even be on the Pound for Pound list. At least Rigondeaux beat one of the top Pound for Pound fighters. Broner has beaten nothing but bums.

i think broner and floyd will fight ,i know broner has said he won't fight floyd but why would broner jump up to welter weight from light weight when floyd is the main man at 147.

i think we will get some scripted fall out between the 2 fighters then the 2 fight each other in a mega fight ,probably the last fight floyd has with showtime or his 50th fight

Cuz i think Broner totally whooped all the cherry timed pick pushover fighters he fought.

One word: HYPE. Ring placed him on the p4p list after beating Demarco, which is pretty absurd.

that's how they groom floyd's next opponent, like guerrero and canelo

GBP owns the p4p ratings...
