Will Kid Chocolate lose soon, especially if he fights Danny Jacobs?

This was a very premature stoppage and shady judging in my opinion. Gabriel

Rosado was very much in the fight, he's a B+ level fighter and showed a lot of

heart, I think the way the scoring was shaping out to be, even if Gabe would of

gone on to win the fight, he wouldn't have been awarded that decision. Molina's

team needs an opponent for December, Gabriel Rosado won an IBF eliminator

last year when he defeated Charles Whitaker however, he decided to pursue a

fight with GGG instead, he would be a great opponent for Carlos Molina, I hope

that Golden Boy offers him that opportunity as a consolation prize after tonights

travesty, that isn't right, GGG had him beaten worse and they let him continue it

was only two more rounds, it reminds me James Kirkland vs. Carlos Molina fight.

Although I like Jacobs I think you might be selling Quillin a little short although yes he didn't look his best against Rosado manly because he was going for the KO and found out after the third it was not going to be that easy made the proper adjustment and got him out of there Rosado might not be in the list as top dog but he is tough fighter Although i have Jacobs winning i think it will be closer than you guys think

@Rian he did what he had to do on that bad cut sorry but in the world of boxing that is using the cards your dealt and he did very well at that and it was a very bad cut so he kept it open with that jab you must not have seen fights were the fight was stopped by a bad cut it happens

More like Rosado could handle what quillin threw. Rosado may not be super top level, but he is a smart and well focused fighter. A very good pressure fighter like golovkin will go through quillin at this rate.. I really believe quillin is very economical because he doesn't trust his gas tank.

I agree with you, Danny Jacobs could beat Quillin pretty handidly.

Bodysnatcher Quillin got him out of there????? Are you kidding right now?? Quillin didn't get him out of there, it was a bullshit stoppage.

I have to say that I need to raise my expectations of Rosado who made Quillin look vulnerable on more than one occasion in the fight, but I do think both fighters had a valid argument of gaining momentum and finishing the fight off strong before it was abruptly stopped. Obviously Rosado looked stronger at the time but I still think Kid Choc would have finish off more sharply and accurately especially having had more experience than Rosado.

Based on what we saw tonight, I do agree Jacobs could outwork him but he'd still have the skillset and experience to beat him maybe in a closer contest than I originally would have thought.

Gabriel rosado is a better fighter than people give him credit. People based his performance single handily off the Golovkin fight. As they say styles make fights. I think that Peter quillin will beat Jacobs because danny is not as active as quillin. I'm going with Peter quillin by UD.

Yes yes he will.

You can see the amateur inexperience in Quillin which results in the stiffness and inconsistency during this fight. I dont think Jacobs is elite but I do think he cant take advantage of those weaknesses. Plus I think Quillin telegraphs his attack which against a world class fighter, it will be easier to deal with Quillin if he doesnt start disguising his offense.

Qullin needs to watch footage of Hopkins fights and not over think during a fight, he lacks fluidity in his style where he has a defensive gear then an offensive gear. Thats what i mean by stiffness and inconsistency

I question Quillin chin, he was buzzed a couple of times by rosado and he aint no big puncher.

If he did fight Jacobs I think he will get sparked out.

It's possible. I don't think Jacobs can beat him...but

Man, I really owe an apology to the Golovkin fans. I think Rosado exposed some weaknesses in Quillin. One is that he has trouble fighting backwards and under pressure. Golovkin would definitely have him moving backwards and would cut off the ring and finish him...

Quillin's stock has seriously dropped.

:(

Quilins didn't impress me but Rosado is no push over.

As for Jacobs; he's a paper champ. The Russian WBO champion already destroyed him.

I like KC a lot, but he is waaaay too economical with his punches. He crushes people, then lets them hang around and survive.

He doesn't throw nearly enough, that tough African dude he beat to win his belt would've won that fight if he didn't get knocked down six times. Rosado won more rounds than the judges gave him credit for, and no disrespect, but Rosado is not a high level fighter.

It makes me feel like if Quillin fights a legit dude, likely Jacobs in an all Brooklyn matchup, he'll get outworked and lose.

What you think?
