I think Rios will not got down. Many by decision, it will be similar to the margarito fight.
Also, to be honest, I wouldn't mind Pacquiao fighting Danny Garcia, or Ruslan Provodnikov.

Martinez looked slow and weak in his last few fights. If Pacman whopped him he will be a record 9 division world champion, he would be up there in the weight champion jumping class with the great Henry Armstrong & Bob Fitszimmons.
