I want to sue pizza hut for not wearing hair net.?

I would complain to the head office of pizza hut. Its hard to sue them because you need proof.

Ring up food hygiene agency and say you seen a rat... they will come out and if they got caught.. BOOM CLOSED.

Wow did not know it was a felony not to wear a hair net when preparing food. Probably because it isn't. Well why not try to sue a multi billion dollar company, while you are at it you better sue the farmers too who supply all the vegetables, the bakers who supply the dough, the small goods producers who supply the meats, don't forget the people who make the sauces. As some.how chances are they are not wearing hair nets either all of the time. Oh you better go and inspect the delivery people too as they may loose a stray hair while packing and Un packing the goods.

So anyway did you find a hair in your food. Or you just being a wanker.

First World problems. There are people in the world who don't know where their next meal is coming from and you are concerned because Pizza Hut employees aren't wearing the correct Health and Safety uniform. You wear a hair net and gloves at home while preparing food?

You are not going to effect change in Pizza Hut Canada operation procedures through litigation. Frankly it would be obnoxious and only cost you out of pocket trying to do so. Although finding a hair on your pizza is gross it would have no bearing on sanitation. While hair nets might be required in one city in the next city over not or baseball caps are allowed and suitable. In the states there food defect action limits which allow certain levels of foreign objects in food. Including in products like pizza sauce. This includes rat/mouse hair, mold, worms, insects and their eggs. I'm sure Canada has a similar program/laws set up. Your approach is misguided and not the proper place to start. Your local health and sanitation authority, to find out what is or isn't allowed, would be. And that whole BOOM CLOSED thing? Laughable to say the least. Check out your governments food defect program. It can get downright creepy in what's allowed.

If you have a complaint with a food establishment in Toronto you can notify Toronto Public Health, which is responsible for inspections. They are pretty good at following up.

See link for complaint form.

Do you have enough spare money to hire a lawyer yet eat at pizza Hut, really.

Go complain to their corporate office or eat at Domino's

well the best thing dont know the people who are working with

To sue first you have to be able to show harm.

so what damages do you need compensated for?

So after like few years of ordering from Pizza Hut. Me and my friend decided to go to this pizza hut in Toronto. However, I noticed that non of the employees were wearing hair nets or glove's. And most of them have long hair and the female ones looked like their hair dresser's or something. It really pissed me off, such a big company with such unprofessional employees!

So many times i've seen people working without hair nets, and i guess they dont take it serious because they never got in trouble for it, they think its ok. I really don't like suing for no reason but since this was the case, I also tried to talk to the manager and warn him about what their doing. He claimed that the employees at the back, they do wear hairnets. Therefor, I asked if I could see one of them immediately just so am sure about it. He calls one of the employee who has his base ball type of hat on. and he tells me here you go, It seemed like they were some new immigrants, but at the same time they tried to be smart. I have nothing against the employees, its just the manager. I have it all recorded.

I will really appreciate your suggestions/ advise/ and answers...

thank you
