Boxing Why is the Heavyweight division dead?

why do people keep saying the heavies and dead when infact every heavy weight title fight is watched live by 10,000's of fans and many more millions at home on tv in fact many more people get to watch the klitschko's compared to say mayweather ,klitschko's get tv rating of 25 million while floyd,s highest is 2,000,000 the difference is that it happens in germany were the fighter are based.

It's not dead, just in a slumber. It'll wake up if another extremely talented, exciting and charismatic fighter in the mold of a Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson comes along.

itll always be dead now most likely....tyson is regarded as the last of the all time boxing greats...from now on youll probably mostly find formulaic boxers spurned out production line style....

Because no one can stop the Klitschos and no you won't either. If anyone stops the klitschos it's gonna be another European. Americans lost domination over the division long ago. My guess is either Fury or Povetkin do it.

because people would rather get 300,000 a week for shooting hoops than getting punched in the face. theres no boxers out there that have come from nothing anymore, a boxer has to have hunger

Cause most of the heavys today don't have heart or they aint dedicated like the old heavys

There are only the Klitschkos and David haye and maye Tyson fury. But why is it so dead nobody cares about it. And I hope to change it in 10 years I'm 16 6'5 and very strong and play both sports Boxing and Basketball.
