Even in his TKO losses very late in his career I don't remember Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. ever getting knocked down, but he might have.
I don't remember Hector Camacho Sr. going down from the Rosario punch, but it rocked Hector so hard Camacho changed his style of boxing and went from a slugger to a runner for almost the next ten years.
David Tua went 50 fights without getting knocked down, but Monte Barret knocked him down in Tua's 51st fight.
Most of the greats eventually got knocked down, but got up to win anyway, that was one of the things that made them great.

Great Question, T! George Chuvalo immediately comes to mind.He was never knocked down, but I think he was stopped a couple of times. Also, Marvin Hagler could be mentioned.
