I'd have to say Lara is coming into this fight as the underdog despite being a little more skilled and versatile (not by much), he's shown he can be hurt by a big puncher and Saul is indeed a big puncher.
If Saul comes in confident and sure of himself like he did with Trout he should walk over Lara and possibly finish him late in the fight. Erislandy may have some success in the early rounds with his boxing and footwork but I don't see him being able to evade Canelo's power for 12 rounds but I'm hoping he can push the guy and make it an entertaining fight.
I think Lara is gonna do what Trout failed to do and outbox Canelo en route to a clear decision victory.
From what I remember Lara is the underdog but not by much. And yes that's how I've pictured this match Alvarez ripping Lara to the body the way Angulo did. Lara can't fight on the inside to save his life. Eventually he'll be worn down and possibly be stopped.

The odds on my book are currently Canelo as a -155 favorite, and Lara as a +135 dog.
Canelo opened at about -200, got bet to -145 and is now static at -155. I personally love that line, and am going to bet it. I agree w/ Nightmare's breakdown.
