If you do end up fighting him, honestly, don't go unarmed, seriously. If you do end up getting into a confrontation, use an object. Not a weapon, like a knife or anything, cause then you'll have real problems. But just make sure you really send him message making it clear you have no care about using weapon to win a fight. You're not fighting him to win a fight, your fighting him to hurt him. Since it sounds like you're not a" lose your head street goon", you don't have to have pride of using only fists.

But if you want to be smart and keep yourself cool, start talking to your girl about it.

You just love drama. if your girlfriend is texting a guy who says those things that she doesn't mind it so you should look for a new girlfriend. Even if she had a problem with it, fighting a guy who flirts with your girlfriend is childish(yes I know you are a child). There will always be guys who hit on your girl because they want what they can't have or simply because they are attracted to her. Deal with it.

Ok my girlfriend, one of her ex's she is still friend with. Always flirts with her. And I am not really I will fight you jealous type. So I will usually tolerate it because well this guy flirts with everyone. But recently he has been making sexual passes on her. He will say I am masturbating to porn. Or will say I know you want my d***. Or one of his best friends d*** and he accuses her of being addicted to porn as well. And realize we are only 13. And he is 15. And way bigger then me. So I would die in a fight with him. But this was all over texting. So I was wondering if I do fight him how would I fight him? He isn't fat big but tall big. And he has a lot of upper body strength(or it is just because he is way older then everyone else). So I couldn't beat him bare knuckle.

Or... Would it be possible to contact any authorities about this. Or possibly the school guidance counselor?

And I do realize I am kinda woosing out here. But honestly I am a straight A student. I am known for being the super good kid in school. And a fight isn't something that is in my personality. But he has gone way to far this time.
