Blood tests are not necessary all of the time, urine tests will do, with blood used at random times, why he changes his demands for some tests is only known to him, since there is no scientific evidence to support his demands. The WADA uses urine in its out of competition tests, not blood, and they catch lots of cheats.

he's been to such tests and aware of how a stricter test works against juicers...in fact according to him, it only works if there's no window... but why was his 1st demand w/a 14 days cut off and not full random blood test? why not demand full random testing 1st thing during the negotiation?

is it because he knew, in time, pac will agree so he needs to "correct" that 14 day cutoff to a full random blood test in case pac agrees? then perhaps demands the full year round OSDT in case pac just agrees to agree... hahahhhaaha
