1. William Shatner is only 5ft 9in tall and looked over weighed in some episodes of TOS, while Stallone was always very muscular and physical fit in the Rocky series
2. Rocky Balboa fought against Ivan Drago, a giant with more punching power than Earnie Shavers, and won against him. Kirk maybe fought also against some tall and big dudes(Ruck the android or that tall guy in this episode where they take Kirk, Uhura and Checkov as fighting slaves), but he used mostly weapons or lost.
3. Balboa is a trained boxer that was heavyweight champion, Kirk uses mostly Judo to defend his enemies in the series. He doesn't seem to have experience with boxing.
4. Balboa took more beating than any real heavyweight boxer in history(he doesn't seem to have a defense in the movie and fights much stronger and bigger guys), but could still manage to stand up. He must have more heart and chin than Frazier or Chuvalo. Kirk is brave, but he never got a beating. The Gorn maybe beat him, but he is as fast as a snail and that for can't have much power.
Spock could've beaten Balboa, since Vulcans are much stronger than humans, but I don't see Kirk beating him.

Hi Zebbie! Captain James T. Kirk stopped Khan and was known and had a reputation as a very responsible leader. Rocky Balboa was indeed a legend beating Apollo Creed, Clubber Lang, and Ivan Drago! He took a lot of punishment against Mason The Line Dixon, but he was simply passed his prime and at his last fight. He will knock Captain Kirk out in 8 rounds.

The only thing that spock and mccoy would be good for in kirk's corner, would be to feverishly throw in the towel after rocky beat him senseless within two minutes.
