Yes but pacquiao would probably want Garcia to fight some1 like Bradley first to see how the weight gain for Garcia effects him in the ring. If they do I would go for Garcia since he would probably be the underdog and is going to want to bring the fight to pacquiao

If the fights on HBO then it won't happen because of Al Haymon and Pac has exclusive television rights to HBO. HBO still has Al haymon banned
