Boxing: Who will be the PPV king once Floyd and Manny are gone?

A) Canelo

B) Golovkin

C) other

D) PPV dies

Boxing PPV is as dead as Atlantic City.

Other. I don't think PPV will die because it's a part of the new American way. Greed is a cancer that infests this country to the core and on every level. That said, if ever there was an idea that earned large amounts of money for anyone or any entity, that idea will remain even after the participants are gone.

.

Somebody, somewhere will find a way to keep PPV relevant. The "Other" I mentioned refers to the fact that there will be no PPV king to replace Mayweather or even to live up to Pacquiao's levels. Still, there will be PPV.

.

Canelo and Golovkin will be PPV fighters but they won't carry the numbers that Mayweather carried and they might not even reach Pacquiao numbers, which are considerably lower than Mayweather's. Still, they will fill the void until someone rises to something that can be called the top level.

.

I'm not sure that anyone will reach Mayweather's numbers in the foreseeable future. But Canelo and Golovkin will fill in for the time being.

Canelo

Why is Golovkin even a choice? I swear the hype with this guy is so annoying and unbelievable. Its gonna be Canelo

Probably Canelo.

Canelo , Danny Garcia, come from countries with biggest fan bases and always hav exciting fights

ppv always gets a huge draw from a fighter whose being backed by a whole country....

canelo and the whole mexico... if he continue to perform better

china is bein worked out, lets just wait if kungfu has a place in boxing..lol

I think there will again be a shift in the lighter weights and prime candidates are Mikey Garcia in the loaded junior lightweights ( Bartelemy, Uchiyama, Miura, Magdaleno_Farenas winner. He could also be up against Gamboa and Crawford in the near future ), Nonito Donaire in the loaded featherweights ( Gonzales, Mares, Walters, Lomachenko,, Gradovich Vetyeka) Big fights vs. Garcia and Gamboa are also possibility ), Leo Santacruz in the highly-talented junior featherweights ( Rigondeux, Frampton, Quigg, Martinez. Fights vs. Donaire or any of the champions at 126 lbs. are also possibiility ).

Roman Gonzales is also moving up and coming along very strongly and after gaining his third world title at flyweight, we may soon see him at junior bantamweights and the bantamweights. He has the makings of another Alexis Arguello. What he may lack however are credible, prominent opponents at 115 and 118 lbs.coming from the Americas.

"D", PPV dies. Right now it is at the downward trend. The PPV revenue from the Mayweather Jr. and Pacquiao fights were not as they were expecting showing that people were tired of paying extra just to see their fights. PPV days were numbered and hopefully so.

Canelo. I wish ppv died

Lomachenko and by far. Arum is in love with this guy and he's even more talented than Pacquiao so go figure what the future holds for him

I think Canelo and Wilder will be neck and neck.

Adrien Broner ,Kell Brook ,Danny Garcia ,especially Chris Algeri if he beats Pacquiao convincingly since white america starves for a "great white hope".

GGG & Canelo.

Kovalev and GGG, IMO.

Whoever beats both of them.
