Do you think Wladimir Klitschko has a good chance to go down as the G.O.A.T.?

I think so.

Unfortunately Wlad gets a lot of haters who see him as boring and one dimensional.

The fact of the matter is he is a smart boxer and why would he risk fighting on the inside when he is 6'6ft and has an 81 inch reach. The jab and cross work so well for him why on earth would he change it.

Sure he is fighting in an era where there is not as much competition but that is not his fault. His only weak point is his chin but if no body can hit it does it really matter?

No he will not with a simple question:

What future or current Hall of Famers did Wlad beat??

Now don't get me wrong, I give him a lot of credit for beating the likes of Chris Byrd, Eddie Chambers, Ray Mercer, Chagaev and Haye. but does one of those guys make it to the HOF?

Now lets breakdown his title defenses since 2012: Mormeck, Thompson, Wach and Pianeta. Of course every champ in boxing has faced a stiff here and there but these are 4 defenses in a row!! do u see where Im going

What about his skills, if Wlad was not a HW, does those skills he has make him also a dominant champion at different division like WW or MW? a fighter one only throws jabs and crosses and cant fight on the inside?

compare him to other past HW greats: Larry Holmes, Mike Tyson,Ali and Louis. these are 4 HWs that have skill-sets that will translate at any division and could be argued to be dominant champs at any division. Better yet can you imagine Larry Holmes or Ali in there prime losing to someone like Puritty or Brewster let alone get stopped? or struggle with Sam Peter?

Wlad is a special fighter no doubt, is he the GOAT? since he obviously didnt have the skill set of past ATGs and didnt beat the type of opposition that other ATGs had, and lost to fighters that wouldn't even be competitive with other past champs, its a pretty clear no, hes not the GOAT.

I hope that helped

Sorry, but not even a chance. He's a good fighter with solid skills, strength and power to go with his size, but the problem is his level of competition. He hasn't beaten anyone who'd qualify in the hall of fame. He hasn't even faced a named fighter. At least, his brother fought Lennox Lewis, but unfortunately lost. Without good competition, he and his brother, for that matter, were never tested for their toughness, resilience and ring savvy, which are the qualities that make a good fighter great.

I think he is an all time great. The Heavyweight division is less than a shadow of what it once was but he has still dominated for more than decade.

but there is no chance whatsoever of him being the greatest of all time. Greatest isn't defined by skill either, it's by the fans. It don't matter how good a fighter is, he can't be great if no one knows who he is.

No no no, he is just really tall he does not come close to the skill set of being great he's just good..not great, he can't touch Muhammad Ali's skills and boxing talent plain and simple even mike Tyson can destroy Kiltschko

Never in a million years mate

He's in an easy era

Riddick Bowe would have kicked his a.ss

Nope. Good fighter, but not an all time great

Hell no

I was in Germany a few months ago and most people I talked to there, consider him the greatest of all time already. I bet the same goes for Russia, Ukraine and most of these countries. Can you imagine if he keeps the titles for 8 more years and break every record? I think he has a really good chance to go down as the G.O.A.T.
