Never. First of all, Taylor does not match Sergio Martinez' speed. Sergio would expose that telegraphed jab all night long. Taylor has a terrible habit of pulling his right away from his face and body whenever he throws the jab. I wondered if he would ever break the habit. Martinez would certainly exploit it.

Secondly, I believe Jermaine has lost his heart for boxing. I never thought his career would last very long. It might sound crazy but here is why it seemed that way. He lived with his mother and a house full of sisters, then his wife and a house full of daughters. It seems that all of them had a voice in his career. If that is the case, it doesn't bode well for a boxing career. It's a heavy burden to carry.

It's certainly not to question his manhood or downgrade the significance of the women in his life. But it just always seemed that they had a bit too much input in his boxing career. I'm sure they mean well but I doubt they could ever contribute anything to his career. They could be his purpose for fighting. They could also be the reason he no longer does it well.
When he earns a big fight
He might get one of the Dirrell brothers but that's as big of a fight as he will get.

I think he can do it at middleweight since he can match Sergio's speed.
