Boxing - in the history of the sport - who would you fear if you had to box them?

Right,as they say in Jersey and the Catskills,'fuggit about it!' Mike Tyson without doubt..in the ring he was no nonsense, all business..a serious, focused, built like..iron..and his only business was to quickly destroy, knock out cold the no match unfortunate opponent.

I think respect is a better word than fear, but here is my list:

Liston, Foreman, Frazier and David Tua among the heavyweights

Chavez Sr., Wilfredo Gomez, Carlos Zarate, Tomas Hearns, Marvin Hagler, Roberto Duran and Aaron Pryor among the lighter weights.

For me it would be Mike Tyson just a very bad match up. My heart would make me fight him straight up my defense was not the best and no one could really stand up to his power and I had good power for a light heavy weight but at heavy weight he would just come thought the front door and kill me.

I was 6'0" 215 and was more of a boxer/ punchingheavyweightt, but I saw Sonny Liston at the old White Cliffs Resort on Plymouth Beach Massachusetts back in 1964 and I saw what he could do. No way.....................sorry.

Mike Tyson

very mean looking and i like both of my ears :-)

If you could be transplanted in a weight category and were boxing - which boxer would you fear the most and why would you fear them?

1) Julian Jackson - he was a beast in the ring. His power was the scariest I've ever seen. Plus he was fast. My knees would be knocking boxing him.

2) Mike Tyson - the 1986-1990 version - his speed, timing and power were things that could do much damage.

3) Lennox Lewis - the sheer size and strength of the man - too big for even modern fighters.

4) Gerald McClellan - I saw all the fighters above box live.....Gerald was a beast in the ring. I saw him box Julian Jackson in Vegas.......it was sick.

5) Nigel Benn - too fast, too powerful and intense......his intensity was scary.

Do you disagree with my choices?
