How is it that welterweight, lightweight and bantamweight boxers still look muscular?

they have a low body fat % which makes their muscles stand out and look ripped. however if you compare a lightweight with a middleweight or heavyweight side by side, the lightweight might not look as muscular.

a boxer has 5% body fat. average man has 12% body fat. if you can find a weighing scaled with fat % you can see how much % you need to cut down. you can also find some formula to work it out mathematically.

You can get ripped at 210 if you'll go on a strict diet and lift real heavy, like bodybuilders.

Low body fat and they train and workout to get lean and cut

I'm 210 pounds of fat and muscle. Now, if they still look muscular at 135, 120, and 115 pounds. Then I don't buy too much into the "Losing Muscle" philosophy. Now, if I get all the way down to that weight. I know that I can still look muscular. Starting tomorrow my goal is to eat nothing but fruits, vegetables and grains. 2 times a week some form of lean meat. My goal is get my weight down. I hate towing this extra fat and muscle around. It's on now.
