Iv got a fight in 2 weeks and need to shed of to fight! Please help

There are many ways, but to lost that much in such a short time you need to start right now.

First of all jump straight into a Ketogenic diet, it will be hard, but it's what you need to do to shed weight quickly.

If losing water weight will help, look up carb-loading and Google how to shed extra water weight, they will go quickly.
