1) It was accidental - You'll be charged with manslaughter
2) It was an act of random violence, this equates to murder.
Either way, you are looking at spending a considerable amount of time in the slammer...

Pretty sure, especially if you black or mexican. Theres a black fellow in MN that got life for KOing and killing a drunk white dude, who was walking with some hot white girls through a dark alley. It was right after the club or bar, the black fellow asked them where the after party was? Which means sex after the club. The white dude was drunk and he got mad and got into a fight with the black fellow and got KO'd dead. Big white male.
