Most powerful punch? Out of these three or your own?

Hook Uppercut or Overhand right (or your own). Why?

I hate not being able to give a real answer but its the only accurate one. It depends on the boxer. Some guys might have a spectacular hook but a weak uppercut or vice versa. I will say this though, on average. Overhand right have more power because they are less about form and efficiency. Although you can't throw a lot because they become predictable. A hook generally isn't know for being damaging or too powerful bit they have a good technique as far as landing on the chin and scoring many knockouts. Lastly the uppercut mixes the best of both worlds. It had the power but can also be thrown in repetition.

Uppercuts can really f u c k someone up but you leav yourself open and its hard to throw sometimes i guess a overhand is powerful or a left hook from jhonny Gonzalez lmao

Over hand rights as I've felt all of these punches. Uppercuts are the weakest out of the 3 but cause the most damage because of the way it hits your chin

Depends on the strengths of the person throwing it. I mean, Frazier obviously threw the left hook harder than anyone else in the heavyweight division, but his uppercut was not as powerful as that of Mike Tyson. Lennox Lewis had one of the hardest right hands, but his hook was not as potent.

Spinning back fist by far, believe me uou can feel those

Besides, from your list itll be a right hook especially when the opponent is unbalanced caught off guard like right after he misses an overhand right

I would say a clean uppercut, properly thrown, would be most effective in causing a knockout because it has the best chance of really snapping the recipient's head.
