Stay at weight class 152 or go down 141 for amateur boxing?

Well hell weight shouldn't matter man. Although, I am in great pshycial condition now, when I was your age I was only 135lbs and could still whoop some ***. It's the size of the fight in the dog not the size of the dog in the fight, and Stonecold E.T. proves that everytime he steps in the ring and stomps mudhole in someone's *** and walks it dry.

If you have the heart and devotion you can beat anyone.

Impossible to say.

My natural weight is 135, but I wouldn't dream of fighting at that weight... I feel too fragile and weak.

My ideal weight - the weight at which I perform best - is in the 150s. I'm faster, stronger, tougher and I feel a lot better at this weight.

I like to be in peak physical shape, even if it means having to fight bigger people.

because it's the amateurs, i'd say stick to ur natural 146 weight.. fighting at a natural can be an advantage too... look at floyd and manny.

It's always best to stay at the lowest weight you possibly can without dehydrating ,that way you can be the bigger man rather than being the smaller man.

Im 17 years old, and about 6 foot. I'm a boxer. I've boxed for a while now and consider myself as pretty good.

I weigh 146 right now, and was wondering if I should go down to 141 weight class and fight there?? Wouldn't I have a better advantage winning at 141 than at 152 in amateur boxing??
