What KO gets your vote for greatest bodyshot ever?

Definitley Hatton vs Castillo.

Get inside. Move to your left. Touch your opponent to the head so his hands are up, sneak in a left hook behind the elbow to the liver, break four ribs.

Let's go way back into time when the heavyweight Championship changed hands from just 1 great body shot when Ruby Robert Bob Fitzsimmons who was losing badly to Gentleman James Corbett badly summoned up enough strength for a tremendous shot to the solar plexus sending Corbett down for the count and wincing in great pain. It may not have been the greatest but I would rank it right there with the best at least and if nothing else, it's the most historic.

The best bodyshot KO i've seen,by far, is Orlando Canilazes' brutal KO of Fernando Ramos. The sound of it makes me sick to think what that must have felt like. I'd have to imagine a few ribs just exploded right there. The sound of this punch is sickening.

fastforward to 13:35

Joe Louis's body work against Max Schemling in their second fight was as destructive as it gets. Others that come to mind are: Mickey Ward's KO of Alphonse Sanchez, BHop's KO of DeLaHoya and Roy's shot on Virgil Hill.

Ricky Hatton vs Castillo

That one's easy for me, despite the many I've seen. I still remember Roy Jones Jr. nearly breaking Virgil Hill in half and Hill screaming and then writhing on the canvas in pain. I'm surprised Virgil ever fought again after that.

Arturo Gatti's rib shot against tough-looking Romanian Leonard Dorin in a WBC junior welterweight title defense. Also Gerry Penalosa's rib-cruncher versus Jhonny Gonzales in a WBO bantamweight title fight he was losing badly.

Gerry Cooney against Ron Lyle.

RJJ vs Virgil Hill

Roy Jones' body shot on Virgil Hill.

Why, cuz he proved that a stubborn rebellious defensive jab can't stop him as the theory had it.

The one my Neighbors wife hit him with. Using an Aluminum Ball Bat.

Juan Manuel Marquez VS Peeden has to be a candidate ,although Pedden didn't go down:
