I am 15 and 5 foot 10, and have been sparring, what size gloves should i use?

U need 14 oz gloves

I usually use 12 oz gloves, since I can punch really quick with them, but they probably aren't meant for sparring, so I can't really help you out there.

It is common to use 16 ounce gloves to spar.

most gyms and most people use 16 oz to spar with

12 oz. or heavier.
