I don't think there's anyone out there right now that fit that description.
I will say that IMO Corrie Sanders has faster hands, hits just as hard, isn't quite as big (but still big)....and we all saw what he did to Wlad.
Vitali is different. His resume isn't nearly as good as Wlad's, but he's a better fighter than Wlad and doesn't get hurt when the wind blows. Plus, obviously he beat Sanders himself.
The HW division is terrible. There's nobody like you mentioned. Wilder is huge and hits hard, but I don't think his hands are that fast, at least notably.
No one can beat Wladimir, i don't know about Vitali.
Deontay Wilder is waiting for Wladimir to retire, he is 30-0 but has fought nobody for a reason.
Deontay Wilder was knocked out in Russia as an amateur.
Lennox Lewis gave one of them a beating years ago. He fits it.
