i'm just wondering because whenever people talk about punching wall studs they always say you break your hand but my hand is neither bruised broken nor sore when im done punching it i've just dented the stud like 1000x (sometimes ill sit there and jab and hook it for like 5-15 min for fun)
other details
i dont wear gloves when i punch the stud
i'm 6'5 and 240 and heavy handed so that might be why
the dents from when im mad and throw hooks are about 1/2 an inch deep and when im calm and throwing jabs bout 1/4
so im just wondering if i have a good punch and if youve ever punched a wall stud did you dent it on your first hit or did you just break your hand?
