There have been deaths from football, hockey, and other sports.
I can only remember one case where a hockey player was charged in a death, because he illegally poked the other player with the end of his stick.
It is murder. A fight to the death contract is not even remotely legal.
There was no malice or bad intention to kill a person. It's just a sport, but accidents do happen. Once you become a boxer, you know that you can get injured or killed anytime.
blah blah blah blah blah
Why is it not murder if a boxer is killed by a punch.. but it's not legally binding to sign a "fight to the death" contract. And the winner would still be considered a murder regardless of both parties signing..
So does this mean that as long as the two "fight to the death" competitors wore gloves and faught in a ring it would be 100% legal.?
