check out Corrie Sanders he was kinda flabby but fast for the first few rounds

there's two sanders the white one is the one im talking about the black corey never had the same succsess.

rip

Yeah sure you can, just keep working at it, maybe time how many punches you can do then try and beat your record. But most chubby people are just bulky naturally so tone up a bit and you can keep your strength and gain that bit more speed, the only way to get stronger is through practice so keep going and you can be a tank, or if you could try and work on bulk more than anything if you don't wanna go through trying to tone up, you'd be surprised how bulky people can outclass fighters that workout everyday, hope this helps :)

Oh he'll yea! I'm 220 pounds age 17 and I got 3rd place in a tournament! It's all dedication and hard work! Don't give up there will be moments were you want to slow down punching or do less push-ups just fight through the pain and you'll not only be fast but strong

John Ruiz Jr is severely obese and he has one of the fastest hands in heavyweight.

David Tua had decent hand speed.

So yes it's possible. There's no proof of what I'm about to tell u since I'm not a trusted source or an expert in this, but I do believe that "the perfect punch" by Jay Glazor does improve ur hand speed even though they don't claim that.

yes you can the more you train the faster youll get 200 aint even that much

Yes ,body fat percentage has little to do with reflexes ,body fat percetage has more to do with cardio since it's excess weight being carried around.

Yea. And if you tone up right, you can use your weight for good power and strength
