A boxing training routine is one of the best workouts.

What is boxing good for?

Getting:

1. rid of repressed anger

2. a broken, mis-shaped nose

3. a broken jaw

4. concussions

5. loss of brain cells

6. to feel pain.

Boxing is good for a number of things...self defence, discipline, meeting new people, getting fit etc

It is good because it works a lot of your muscles, you will do things like running, skipping, squats, pad work, moving round the ring etc so will certainly help legs, stomach, arms, back, shoulder etc

I haven't been doing boxing for a long time...once a week for three weeks but I have noticed a difference..after my first session I could've happily crawled from my car to house and collapsed as soon as I got in door but after my third session I got it and decided to take my dog for a 30min run.

I have now got a speed rope and punchbag to use at home so can do bits when I have the time.

It's a huge cardio workout. Proper training will tone all of you. One muscle boxers are known for is their flanks. The muscles the pop out on the sides of their six pack. These are extremely hard to build but boxers frequently obtain them. Bottom line, you won't me disappointed with your body.

Boxing is horrible for you in every conceivable way...TRAINING for boxing is good for you but you might as well just train and skip the whole boxing part all together unless you want to be brain dead when you're 50...

Boxing is good for self defense and excellent for exercise and physical conditioning as it requires and promotes stamina build-up, speed, strength and power both on the upper and lower body , concentration and alertness, anticipation, hand-feet-eye coordination. tactical and strategic thinking, self-esteem and confidence.

Boxing is healthy for you and i know many woman who are very thin because of boxing but it might make your arms and back large.

forsure and its the funnest way to get in shape and youll be able to defend yourself well inless they take you down then your screwed but ya i suggest it but i also thing mma is better
