Mayweather offered Pacquiao 40m, yes! But when the fight is going to bring 300m, and Mayweather would stand to make 100m plus, that money would be made on Pacquiao's name as much as Mayweather's. Pacquiao would get no ppv cut, no gate cut, and no cut from merchandise sold, I would tell Mayweather to sick it as well. Manny makes anywhere from 20-30m plus ppv, a percentage of the gate, and a percentage of merchandise sold, fighting who ever. Fcuk Mayweather!
