Aaron Pryor vs Kostya Tszyu. Who wins?

If The Hitman HAtton beat Tszyu, Pryor will no doubt beat him too. There's one thing about Pryor that made people think Leonard ducked him, its his amateur fights where he owned another and more famous Hitman, Tommy Hearns. Sugar Ray didnt opt to fight him nonetheless but its no way a form of ducking.

Tszyu's best wins were against an aged Julio Cesar Chavez who he beat into submission and of course that first defeat he gave to Judah where he made ZAb do that infamous chicken dance. LOL. Pryor best wins were that back to back wins against Arguello

Aaron Pryor vs Kostya Tszyu. Who wins?

Pryor always starts like a house on fire. Tyszu was the opposite. If Aaron was born in the year of cat, Kostya was born in the year of the turtle. No disrespect to the great Kostya Tszyu, but he is that -relatively slow. Against an upstart fighter like Pryor, that will be his downfall.

The fight

- Aaron will dominate the early rounds with his blitzkrieg attack. Kostya being the tentative fighter that he is decides to catch up later on. But there's no stopping Pryor, Tsxyu notices this, he decides to trade punches. Big, big mistake against the Hawk. Tszyu was being punish. He's not seen anyone like this before. Kostya unleashes several blows to the body. Now the fight becomes compelling. Round 9, 10,11 were the same. Round 12, Kostya begins to tire, in round 13 both were exhausted but t'was more evident to Tyszu.Tsyu is now in unknown territory. Never has he fought this far. Round 14, both knew who's winning, the crowd egged the fighters. Tszyu decides to circle around Pryor as Aaron was walking over him. Round 15 comes, Aaron corners Tyszu, the ropes held him up. He's about to go down. Or was it his ego that help him up? Both hears the final bell.

Final verdict

- Clear unanimous decision for the Hawk beating the greatest Light Welterweight in Tysxu

Hello sir and great question. It's late so I got to be brief before going to bed and acknowledge our friend fishnet who just knocked it out of the park! The only guy I believe that could have beaten Pryor at 140 lbs was Roberto Duran in what would havbe been a war! Tszyu is also a great Champ and a very skilled and hard hitting fighter and would have given Pryor a battle before being worn down in the latter rounds.

Pryor TKO12

Kostya Tszyu was a good puncher but he need time to set up his punches like Alexis Arguello, he was also a slow starter. So Aaron Pryor, a fast starter who like to throw a lot of punches will be ahead on the score card. Kostya Tszyu always caught up to those with glass chin but Aaron Pryor had a granite chin so he will do to Tszyu the way he did to Arguello by 14th round KO.

Depends if Pryor has his "mixed" bottle. LOL I'm not a Pryor fan at all, but I gotta admit Pryor was a fking buzzsaw at 140 and he would have finished Tszyu around the 9th round. Chavez and Whitaker would have owned Pryor tho...

If Aaron Pryor was in his prime he would destroy Tszyu. It would be a very easy fight for him and he would win by an early knock out.

i was a fan of tszyu, but pryor takes some beating. the hawk by ud.

WOW. That is a tough one. I give it to Tszyu However if Pryor fights the way he did against Arguello then Pryor could win it!!!!!
