First of all, Argentina may have the largest White population in Latin America, and the overwhelming majority may identify as White, but genetic tests reveal that a significant percentage of "White" Argentinians possess at least some Native Indian ancestry and there are also many that possess a significant amount of it. Just look at Argentine fighters like Jesus Cuellar, Maidana, Victor Galindez, Baldomir, Monzon, etc.
The point is Latin America is a diverse region as a result of Spaniards intermingling with the Indigenous population, as well as the introduction of Africans to the Americas. Mexico is no exception to that. Mexico may have a Mestizo majority, but you can also find a significant number of purely Indigenous people, Whites and even some Blacks. Mexico is a large country and the ethnic mixture can vary depending on the region. For instance, people from the Northern Mexican states tend to have a larger degree of European admixture (Mestizos in some of these states are over 70% European), while people from the Southern Mexican states tend to have a larger degree of Indigenous ancestry. And the states of Guerrero and Veracruz are mainly where Black Mexicans are found (although "Black Mexicans" tend to be triracial like some Puerto Ricans)
At any rate, most of the people you listed as White Mexicans wouldn't really fit that description. Jhonny Gonzalez, Oscar De La Hoya and Anthony Quinn more closely resemble lighter Mestizos. Meanwhile, Tony Romo, Evan Longoria, Tito Ortiz and Dominick Cruz are actually half Mexican and half White Americans. (Note: When Mestizos and Whites have kids, they often look like generic white people because Mestizos already possess a significant amount of European ancestry to begin with)
The bottom line: You can pretty much find Mexicans that resemble any race and often times you'll see that mixture within a single family.
Some mestizos may be more white than they are indian. Its the same with all latin americans Americans except mullatos. Then mexicos population is 9% white people. Meaning mostly European or full European.
A big percentage of modern Mexicans are pure descendants of European nations such as Spain. That's why some of them look white. They are white to begin with.

As an educated genius and master with an IQ of 300 that I am, I know that countries like Argentina and Uruguay are populated by nearly 95% of people of European origin, and this is due to historical and geographical circumstances that I am not going to analyze in here (too bored to educate you again). Also I know that Brazil has the third highest population of white people right after USA and Russia, with nearly 91 million (nearly 50% of total population) people of European origin. What I don't get is about Mexicans. I know that they were conquered like most of the world by Europeans and a big % of them are "Mestizo" (Indigenous mixed with European) but how come some Mexicans look like they are totally white of probably Spaniard heritage?
