I reckon Garcia would give the old champ some troubles... Garcia fought technical wise against a solid brawler/puncher that liked to come in and fight Lucas Mattyshe and came out with the win by unanimous decision. Will be a tough call, id say Garcia could win against Pacquiao.
Pacquiao wasn't as beast as he was before.. his reign years when he was dominating from 2006 to 2011, the Pacquiao you saw when he fought DLH, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Mosley that was when he had Fire Power now watching his last fights he looks old and sluggish.
Fighting Bradley in early 2012, watch the replay carefully you see Pacquiao missing a lot of his thrown punches and Bradley defense wasn't that good either.
As for Marquez IV fight... mmm he just got reckless and looked like he couldn't be bothered... and was just chasing for the K.O and not letting it come.
Rios is a good match up to see if he's still got it in him.. hope to see The Pacman back in action.
Floyd Mayweather Jr and Canelo Alvarez. Perhaps Lara, Trout, Alexander can give some problems because these dudes are much bigger except Alexander and they are boxers. Not come forwards type of fighters.
