Tyson in his prime would tear through both brothers. Neither have the speed or skill to keep up with him, whereas Tyson has the strength to keep up with the K's. Tyson is also no stranger to fighting bigger men, but the Klitschko's never have fought anyone with the speed and power and ferocity of Tyson.
As for Ali, yes he could beat the brothers, but he has to play it smart. Ali usually uses his height and reach advantage to get him wins, sniping at his usually smaller opponents with a jab then dancing away. He won't have the reach advantage here, though he still has the speed. I still see Ali winning, but it may just be on points and the fight might end up in an upset loss for him.
Ali beats both brother. Ali was too fast and endurance is better than those two.
Tyson also beats Vitali but probably not Wlad. Tyson could have success closing the distance versus Vitali but I am not sure about Wlad. Actually Wlad vs. Tyson is may be 50 /50
Tyson KO2 Wladimir Klitschko. Wlad has a glass chin. His length and height can keep Tyson away from him in the first round, but Tyson will catch him and knock him out.
Tyson TKO12 Vitali Klitschko. Sure Vitali has a great chin, and Tyson does have bad stamina, but in the twelfth round, he'll unleash combinations and stop Vitali
Ali KO10 Wladimir Klitschko. No contest here in my opinion.

Too much mass there. While Ali was the greatest, the K's should be in another weight class. Bring in the Super Heavyweight division for anyone over 240. Vlad would win in a tournament of all 4. Tyson is 5'10 and couldnt even reach one of the K's. Ali certainly could and could probally take Vitali. But Vlad is very talented and massive, I dont see Ali doing the rope-a-dope this time. Again, too much mass.
If in their primes I would say The Bros would go 0-4

Ali would toy with him and then get TKO mid rounds
Vitali
Tyson would damage him badly then get the TKO RD 9
Ali would tear his face up for whole fight before getting a late TKO
