the best short fighter i remember outboxing a taller fighter was kostya tszyu as an amateur beating vernon forrest in the world finals in sydney ,australia kos was brilliant making the taller forest miss constantly.

The closest thing to a short and stocky boxer out-boxing a tall and lanky boxer that I've ever seen was Mike Tyson against one of his earlier opponents but couldn't remember if it was Tony Tucker or someone else whom he out-jabbed and out-boxed.
