Can you name 25 fighters in history who were better than Bernard Hopkins?

I respect Hopkins as a fighter, he is one of the three greatest over 40's boxers of all time, along with Moore and Foreman. He has all round ability and great ring intelligence, if you asked me to name 25 greater middleweights than him then I couldn't, however if the 25 can be from all divisions then here goes. This is subjective of course but here are 25 that you could make a good case for being better fighters than Hopkins.

Muhammad Ali.

Henry Armstrong.

Sugar Ray Robinson.

Roberto Duran.

Willie Pep.

Carlos Monzon.

Harry Greb.

Sugar Ray Leonard.

Joe Louis.

Ezzard Charles.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Sam Langford.

Mickey Walker.

Gene Tunney.

Larry Holmes.

George Foreman.

Billy Conn.

Benny Leonard.

Barney Ross.

Archie Moore.

Jimmy Wilde.

Pernell Whitaker.

Michael Spinks.

Jack Johnson.

Joe Gans.

I can try.

Sam Langford

Harry Greb

Archie Moore

Joe Louis

Muhammad Ali

Roberto Duran

Ricardo Lopez

Julio Cesar Chavez

Pernell Whitaker

This is more of an opinion battle... In my top 25, Hopkins is definitely in it so I obviously can't say 25 better than Hopkins...

Here's a list of what I think(in order from best to the less best, can't say worst right?)

Muhammad Ali

Floyd Mayweather

Juan Manuel Marquez

George Foreman

Lennox Lewis

Joe Frazier

Manny Pacquiao

Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.

Mike Tyson

Nonito Donaire

Bernard Hopkins

Apparently, In my opinion, only 10 are better than Hopkins

This is a very difficult question because how do you define better. I see one guy above me mention Roy Jones jr. Well, I agree that the Roy at his best did beat Hopkins at his best but Roy longevity is short while Bernard last forever. So I will put it this way. There are no one in the middleweight or lightheavyweight division that can beat him at 48. But I love to see him fight Archie Moore though.

not for longevity but these guys best was better than hopkins best
