I think it's no doubt that Manny Pacquaio had lost a step or two. He was no longer the Manny Pacquiao of 2008-2010 when he was in his absolute best, in his absolute prime. Ever since 2011, PacMan no longer had that power that TKO/KOed so many greats such as Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, etc.
And even though PacMan got robbed against Bradley, Bradley did won some rounds, at least 3 rounds against PacMan. And PacMan can't even KO/TKOed Bradley. And later, JMM KOed PacMan in six rounds. Some might argue Marquez actually won, but got robbed against Pacquiao in 2011. That's an older Marquez. Compare that with how Mayweather easily beat Marquez, with Marquez winning only 1 round or arguably none.
Mayweather would easily beat Pacquiao now, I say 116-112 at worst, but it won't surprise me if the scorecard could be 118-110 or even 119-109.
So, no, unless Pacquaio could be back to his dominance. Pacquiao should KO/TKO Rios in less than 5 rounds. If not, we all know Mayweather would beat Pacquiao with ease.
i'm optimistic if pac can really come back...i think he's already damaged good, not b/c jmm KTFO him...all those battles against big guys has already took it's toll i supposed...

but if somehow miracle will happen and floyd agrees to fight... yea...i want floyd to beat pac and prove he really is the best in this era... man i dont think america will allow the best american fighter be beat by an asian anyway... fu

i know it isn't going to be the fight it could of been as pac is no longer on the crest of a wave.still i wanna see this fight over any other.
i don't wanna watch a documentary in 30 years time were both men give their takes on why the fight was never made and then shake hands at the end.
i want this fight made.pac should beat rios by ko and then take broner's scalp and throw it at mayweather.
maybe the ko was a blessing in discguise. maybe this time around pac won't be so hung up on mayweather's unwillingness to share the money more evenly.
i think pac should just say f!ck the money and agree to any test on earth and then their will be no problems.that might sound unfair but if it were me i'd do it for the sport.it's better than the fight not getting made at all
