In a real fight a boxer vs a martial artist which one will win.

I need an idea so I can join the right club

Each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. But boxing, I think, teach you the fundamentals, i.e. punching, ducking, slipping and parrying punches, so it's very basic that if you're gonna start training, it's good to learn boxing first, then move to other styles later.

To be a boxer you need to be in great shape. Plus with some martial arts. There are things that wouldn't help you in a fight. Self defence styles.

If someone wanted to hurt me, I wouldn't wait to defend myself I would want to put him down before he hurt me. boxing number 1 all the way

pick marital art if getting married is art for you.

It depends.

The martial artist has the advantage of using everything and not being restricted by rules. But some martial arts focus on things that don't help you in a fight and in some cases create bad habits that could get you hurt.

Boxers tend to be in better shape but they usually don't know much about kicking or grappling.

Some little knowing individuals tend to degrade boxing as art of fighting and self-defense.

Boxing is also a martial art, one that exacts greater discipline and self-control I would say given that its practitioners are limited to the use of their fists which is considered as a deadly weapon.

Boxers are not allowed to use what they know outside of training and sanctioned/regulated professional or amateur matches and for self-defense in extreme cases. There have been instances where sanctions have to be imposed against boxers fighting against each other due to personal reasons or grudges with their bare fists because theoretically, their fists could maim or kill.

Simply put, let me say that boxing is better at just the use of the hands compared to other forms of martial arts that use other parts of the body for offense.

For personal self defense purpose, of course it is more advantageous for one to not only learn boxing but other forms of martial arts as well.

For protecting and defending yourself in real life learn martial arts.

Boxing is a sport with rules there are no rules in the street.

boxers do not kick or throw people to the ground or use elbows in training or legally in boxing matches.
