Definitely legal! But brothers fighting for belts is unheard of in pro-boxing. There's always the moral law and given a chance, you wont fight your brother, will you?

When I first saw the Klitschko brothers improving and winning the World Heavyweight Titles, I always wanted to see both them fight each other until I realize how bad it was for their family.
