Thurman has yet to step up to the world class level, and he was staggered by gatekeeper Soto-Karass. He's also more of a puncher than a boxer, so I'll go with the more proven Matthysse.
LM has the experience..Thurman is like a poor man's Canelo..young boxer with a lot of potential..but not quite at the elite level yet..however..he shows good sportsmanship..i haven't heard of him making idiot mistakes up to this point..so he seems level headed..and is KT keeps it up along with training and getting better at his weaknesses..he will be a top level boxer sooner than later..so anybody who is quick to doubt him..might just eat their words!
KT would take it. Lucas can b beaten.
If SHO and HBO worked together who would win this fight? I think Thurman would probably box Matthysse to a dubious Al Haymon influenced decision. Could Thurman's shaky jaw hold up tot he Machine's power?
