Tough one. Remember, Pacman won the fight with Bradley. He was robbed. He won. But let's be fair and say that Bradley no doubt slowed Pac down at times. Still a 117-111 win for Pac, but Bradley had his moments.
Now let's look at Margarito's fight with Pacquiao. Everyone remembers this as a lopsided win for Pacquiao, but we also need to consider Marg's moments in this fight. Pacquiao's knees buckled at one point, and Pacquiao stumbled backwards from an uppercut at another point. Pac was dominating most of the fight besides that.
Margarito by KO, but Bradley would have been winning up to that point.

My guess would be Margarito. Bradley is a small Welterweight, coming up from 140. Margarito at this point is a Jr Middleweight. He would be bigger, stronger and busier...which means winning rounds. Bradley could go the distance, but he loses by UD...and Margarito us busy and putting away rounds
I'd go with Margarito. Bradley's a natural 140-pounder while Margarito is a light middleweight (154). If they fight at 147, Marga would enjoy considerable advantage in size, especially come fight night, where he could weigh not less than 160. Marga also is taller and has longer reach so he could comfortably fight from the distance using his jab, and once he lands that powerful right hand, it's gonna be lights out for Desert Storm.
