Hello Z! Great question again! To me Bob Foster is the 2nd greatest light heavyweight Champion of all time and the 4th greatest overall light heavyweight of all time.

Of the guys you listed Roy Jones Jr. had the most speed and natural skills and could have possibly have beaten even a prime Foster by decision if he doesn't get tagged by one of Bob's big shots. Victor Galindez was a bull in the ring and tough as nails but Foster would have outboxed him in my opinion. John Conteh was skilled but Foster most likely would have stopped him in the latter rounds. Mustafa Muhammad would have been a good challenge too but again Foster would have landed the harder shots. Saad Muhammad had that great abilty to recover but Foster would have stopped him and finally Johnson who did have a win over Moore had the ability to box effectively but most likely would have been stopped eventually by the hard punching Foster. Other guys that could have given Foster a good fight would have been Dwight Braxton but Foster would have probably got him too so out of this list it comes down to Michael Spinks who would have had the best chance of anyone on this list to have beaten a prime Foster with his boxing ability and power but still I would have given the edge to a prime Bob Foster to have taken a tough and hard earned decision victory.
Evander Holyfield or Michael Moore you have a great list of names up there just wanted to add these two.All of these guys were capable of beating Foster. I was a light heavy weight so I have the utmost respect for every guy on your list.There is not one guy on this list that you match him up with that does not turn into a war.We have 9 guys all having their strengths.
Roy jones jr. was unstoppable in his prime. He will give Bob foster a tough and compeitive fight.
