Excuses not to go to a birthday party?

Say that you're feeling unwell. If you're questioned, dodge the questions by referring to future get togethers and how you hope to be feeling better soon. I think it's passed time that you come to an understanding with this mother from hell. You need to create boundaries by telling her that you're uncomfortable with her probing questions and pressure. You don't owe anyone anything in this situation. Be your own person and cut any ties that make you uncomfortable.

Just tell the truth. Or say sorry I can't make it i have other plans and if he/she really wants you to go... Think about it and if you just don't wanna go then don't go and PRETEND LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!!

If you dont want to go you just dont want to go. Take control of your life and make your own decisions

Tell them you have a temporary bladder control issue.

You don't need a reason. Simply decline or say you have other plans.

simply say 'apologies but i have something else to do and didn't realise it clashed with the birthday bash'.

say her u really nt feelin well .

I didnt really want to go in the first place, but now a bigch named Maisie is coming and I got my period and ughhh (its a pool party). Ive been sick for a while now but Im getting better, which she doesnt know. My aunt is also coming on the day of but i told my friend it was no biggie. The party is on friday and its tuesday now, and I feel bad about not going because it will only be me, Maisie and my friend whose bday it is. Her mom also asked me and she scares the living hell out of me, so Im afraid if i say no she'll interrogate me or something. Im not gonna be honest btw so dont gimme that crap. Thanks in advance
