It's fair to assume that the largest percentage of the cable TV owners who made PPV subscription to the fight in the USA were also Filipinos. That ain't much, speaking of PPV buys.
It must have done really bad. Usually they have a estimate before the fight even happens. But like you said there's been no mention, so it's a pretty safe bet that the fight did less than 700,000 buys.

I found it rather interesting that sales weren't mentioned at all in Iole's or Rafael's post fight articles. Generally the promoter and distributor pump this up to help shape reporting.
