Not going to happen. Pacquiao had his chance and turned it down. Even if that weren't true, both Rios and Pacquiao fight on HBO and belong to Bob Arum who will not do business with Mayweather.

I dislike mayweather but he has earned my respect after last night watching him out box canelo...it was a real boring fight in my opinion i wanted to see fireworks
Pacman has a chance to beat mayweather a nce he has about the same hand speed as mayweather n maybe pacman can connect with a big punch hopefully we can see that fight.
