Danny Garcia vs. Lucas Matthysse Jr. Welterweight Championship match
later this Fall. That fight was brought up into discussion. In addition, Judah
might end up fighting newly crown WBO Jr. Welterweight Champion, Mike
Alvarado on a Top Rank card in Denver. We don't know yet what will be on
tap for Adrien "The Problem" Broner. In addition, Paulie Malignaggi has also
been saying that he will retire from pro boxing if he doesn't get that rematch.

I've always felt like Lamont Peterson is a very skilled and accomplished fighter but we have to take into consideration the fact that he was just steam rolled by Lucas Matthysse and I don't know if coming back versus someone like Adrian Broner is to his benefit.
If Lamont Peterson were to get back into win column and prove that the lose to Matthysse hasn't changed him than I think that would make a great fight but as of right now, fighting Peterson is almost like taking a step backward.
I'd much rather see Adrian Broner face someone like Amir Khan, Devon Alexander, Roberto Guerrero, someone who poses a real threat, I don't know if Peterson fresh off a knockout loss is a real threat.
PEDerson would be a good opponent for Broner. I would much rather it was Amir Khan or Kell Brook, but they both seem to be going a different route.
I agree with Doc, enough with coddling this kid (Broner) put him in with someone that can tag and hurt him.
Manny, Matthyse (ooooooooooh)...someone who has some speed and power. Lets see how mouth almighty does against someone that can freeze his brain a little when he gets hit and when the shoulder roll stops working.
How about he fights 'lion of britian' Amir Khan in december??...if Malignaggi could give Broner trouble..then Khan has a decent chance of winning.
I read somewhere that Maidana was his mandatory opponent for the WBA so Maidana should be his next opponent.
