1) The premature death of his daughter is without doubt the biggest tragedy of Mike Tyson's life. Nothing can compare to the sorrow and grief that caused.
2) The breakdown of his relationship with Teddy Atlas was a catalyst to his demise.. Atlas wasn't a 'Yes man', and told Tyson when he was getting out of control (Even if it was with a gun to his head...)
3) The rape charge - Self explanatory.
