I said it before and I'll say it again: Broner is the rebirth of Andre Berto. Ever since he lost to Paulie (or should have), I've doubted his abilities. Maidana wasn't there to f#ck around like Broner was. Now, Broner hopefully has brain damage so he can't fight again. He got punked by Maidana at the weigh in and was beaten in the ring. I had a smile on my face the whole fight.

I'm so happy for the guy, great fight, I had no idea Maidana was such a sharp shooter lol but Broner isn't as slick on D as he thought he was, not with the likes of Maidana. Broner did keep his composure well and showed hints of maturity in dealing with it when he got hurt but he just didn't seem prepared for what Maidana threw at him.

Great fight, early Christmas gift for me. Broner still has a bright future but he's no top tier fighter.

Broner proved that a fighter with speed and minimal ring skills will eventually be exposed as just another Overrated Bum

Thats what happens when you try to box like mayweather but lack his god given skill.mayweather would have shown better defense. Broner seemed to panic when pressured and I truely feel he was lost after going down In round 2

Adrien broner loss to a better fighter. I think he should move down to lightweight because the welterweight division is to competitive. These guys will beat him badly.

Wow, I picked Broner but damn Maidana is a beast.

Broner kept his composer well, and he did come back but Maidana wouldn't relent either and landed bigs bombs. He brought a fast pace to broner, and I felt Broner didn't adjust until the mid to late rounds.

Amazing win for Maidana, I hope he fights thurman, Provodnikov or even Danny Garcia.
