I have a fight this saturday and i need to lose 0.7 of a kg help?

You have 4 days it should be fine. Try and only eat carbs before a workout. Replace all the carbs with vegtables. If you usually eat Chicken and rice for lunch replace the rice with a lot of vegtables like asparagus broccoli cauliflower spinach. Eat a bit of fruit and carbs before a workout so you have energy to workout. Also do water cycling. Tommorow drink about 2 gallons of water, then the day after cut it down to 1.5, then 1.0 then .5. If you follow this correctly you should lose about .5 - 1 pound a day. IF you are a bit away on the day of the fight you can always sweat out a bit in the sauna room. Good luck man.

RUN! Run 5 miles with something to make you sweat. Don't eat before the weigh in. Eat little portions of food. Your coach should be telling you theaw things.

every litre of water is 1 kilo in weight so just lay off the fluids before you weigh in

I would say that it will be quite easy to lose about 3/4 of a kg depending upon how many days you have before Saturday.

Hi, Im 16 and i need to be 59kg preferably about 58.8kg because my opponent is weighing in at 58kg. But the fight is this Saturday and i have just weighed myself after eating my tea of salmon and veg. When doing this i found that i was 59.7kg and i panicked. I do not want to starve myself as i have done this before and i felt weak, how can i achieve this please help I will feel like i will let people down if people come to watch me and i cant fight.

Note: i already eat very healthy. I eat salmon and veg every night and porridge in the morning.
